[pp.int.general] Brazil leads the ranking of content removal requests to google.

Since China statistics cannot be disclosed, maybe (probably) Brazil is not
really leading.

Still, it reveals a lot about our (I'm brazilian) country, and the
misconceptions that lawyers, judges and people in general have about content
on the web.
