[pp.int.general] 23 April: UNESCO launches Anti-Piracy Observatory to celebrate World Book and Copyright Day :(

As far as I know, UNESCO do work against censorship and part of their  
mission statement is to encourage "the free flow of information". I  
would look closer into this to see if they are just acting on behalf  
of big media or if they are genuinely going to make sure measures  
taken by governments are fair.
