Richard, just wondering if this article is written and online anywhere yet?

To some extent my own position is that ACTA is a step in completely
the wrong direction, no matter how large or small we make that step.
We should be abolishing laws against personal copying, not negotiating
new ways to enforce them. I'm guessing your view is that having an
agreement like ACTA toned back from 'abhorrent' to 'simply awful'
isn't really much progress.
