[pp.int.general] Panel discussion on copyright in Osnabrueck

Ahoi,
last Friday I have taken part in a panel discussion at the University of
Osnabrueck on the topic "Copyright, Open Access and Freedom of Expression",
which was part of the summer school "Law and Culture". The discussion was
very stimulating, the academic participants and I agreed on most topics.
