[pp.int.general] Czech Pirate Visiting Antarctica

One Czech Pirate is Going to Antarctica for 3 months. He is going to raise a czech pirate flag in there, but as this has a large media potential, we want to do more. He will also be alone on an island, so we could claim some Pirate land. We need a proclamation in English and Spanish as it is Argentinian territory I think.
