Hi Justus,

Each country must evaluate the importance of the Cableleak.

We all have different concerns.

For Spain the intelectual property rights cable tagged KIPR are vitals as we
are fighting here to stop a law
that if accepted will harm spanish citizens fundamental rights. As far 35 of
124 documents have been published
and we can't wait to have them all.

So for us they are far most important than the chinese stateman.
