[pp.int.general] Pirate support for Wikileaks

[Justus Römeth]

A friend of mine who is a Serbian pirate told me that they would move to 
the servers of PPNL for now. They were hosted in th US before, and 
therein lay the problem I guess. Don't know any more than this for now, 
and also don't know if their URL is affected as well or not.
