New ideas for PPI and its Member-parties.

Based on a compromise between logic and dialectics Method of optimization of complex phenomena or Triunity Law (TL) shows, that the optimal phenomena are of the triune structure – two opposite sides and a compromise between them (time is past-present-future and so on).

According to TL the PPI system’s appearance is caused by a necessity of globalization based on wisdom, i.e. insurance of the general interest or general improvement of life, that this system will be of a bigger success, will bring more benefit by taking part in the Optimal Development.

According to TL our civilization passed the local stage of development (peoples, countries, from the I to XV cc.), added to it the middle stage (groups of countries, peoples, from the XVI to XX cc.) and should add to them the global stage or globalization (World, from the XXI c.).

For this purpose there’re obtained the Optimal Development’s general ideas, based on a compromise between force and wisdom, market and plan, particular and general interests. It’d be started in Russia, for by its size, federative form etc. it better reflects the World’s features, for its size and cold cause weak conditions for market, i.e. crisis is more dangerous there etc.  

The Optimal Development’s general ideas will give the World’s general laws, to begin with TL, to supplement the countries’ particular laws. This includes the information’s proliferation law, as a general or global law. It’d be passed by the “Optimal Development” organization. 

This organization will be of triune form: 1) General Ideas Center; 2) Council; 3) Members. The PPI system’s members will enter the Council to pass the general laws. They can’t be passed by parliaments, which give the particular laws of countries, firms, reflect the particular interest. The organization will ensure the general ideas’ (discoveries’ etc.) use for the general benefit.

An important role in this business should belong to the Internet. Thus the PPI system will help to switch the Internet to the service for the general interest or general improvement of life. At present the Internet serves more to the particular interest, pornographers and other perverts. 

There’s a plan of the PPI system’s participation in the Optimal Development. It includes means on the way out of the global crisis, on removal of the price rise, lowering of the price for the participants, beneficial income for them, removal of droughts and floods, solution of problems of transport, especially in cities, on the optimization of thinking, incomes, economy and so on.

Important task of PPI and its Member-parties.

According to the Law on preservation and transformation of energy by their usual work people  make money for the current expenses only, like animals, and capitals, welfare, pensions people get on account of their difference from animals, i.e. on account of wisdom, that is of understanding of the essence of things in a form of the general ideas on motors, aviation, radio.  

They’ve passed into goods, capitals and are exhausted, do not give profit, since there’s a free use of the general ideas and market squeezes as mach as possible from them and blocks the new general ideas’ use to avoid new expenses. Hence is the crisis. The way out is investments in the Optimal Development’s general ideas. To ensure them is the task of PPI, its Member-parties.

MAIN POINTS. 1. Piracy is crime, a party is particular interest, it is good to use also the name Optimal Development (OD) – general improvement of life. 2. Authors and society have equal rights for the authors’ works and 50% of income should be invested in OD. 3. Free copying is violation of the authors’ and society’s rights and is harmful in general. 4. Capitals are given by the general ideas on motors etc. and 50% of them should be invested in OD. 5.
