[pp.int.general] Polish raise against internet censorsip and restrictions in cultural goods usage

Hello,

In 13 January there was a press conference of polish Police and ppl
form cultural industry on which Police press secretary said that
internet censorship will be connected with restrictions with using
cultural goods - fe. you wont be able to reed your children and
libraries will be out of law it it will happen :/

The other thing is that Police received funding form music and film
industry for chasing pirates that where sharing culture on internet
(called "Złote Blachy"). Most of cases where close because of lack of
evidence but most computers of ppl where taken, data destroyed and a
lot of fear created.

We have created opened later to Police press secretary and 23 Jan
there will be Manifestation in of ppl form Pirate Party and Blackout
Europe Poland against such stupidity.
