[pp.int.general] Public Domain Manifesto

Hi out there,

A few days ago the Public Domain Manifesto has been released:

I believe that each pirate and each piraty party should definitivly sign
it! (The italian pirate party did already as an initial signer.. withoug
telling anybody about ist :P)

There are also many languages for translation left!
