Here is in english an article about "Libranda":

http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91098

Libranda is a plataform to sell ebooks in spanish, the bigger
publisher are there (Grupo Planeta, Mondadori, Santillana and others).

The problem for us, Argentina , we talk our "spanish", is that our
cultural industries was sell to spain´s publishers, so sometimes an
argentinian author have to be publish in Spain to selle somes books in
Argentina.

The sistem to sell ebooks is complicated and have a lot of DRM!!!, and
you don´t read the archives on Ipad or Kindle...

I don´t know if in Argentina these plataform will sell ebooks...

They don´t sell ebooks, they have a catalogue and you have to buy a
book in a book shop asociated with they.....

But is a very complicated and is more easy find the same book free
using google....But the blame will be ours..
