[pp.int.general] Endorsement of the ACTA Communique from Pirate Parties International (PPI)

Hi CoreTX,

I was wondering myself, whether the PPI Board is authorised to do so. 
But I couldn't really find a place in the statutes clearly forbidding 
it.  Can you specify what you are referring to?
