Very interesting. The only risk is that copyright owners adapt their practices and become more subtle - which will harm PP's political cause. A really awfully greedy copyright industry is perhaps in the best interest of PP ....
But franky, I don't think that copyright owners - and their organisations! - will mitigate their approach.
