I just want to call for a feedback about the new attempt of Malmström 
for Internet-censoring.
It was a main issue for the German pirates last year that the German 
"Zensursula" Ursula von der Leyen wanted to implement such a law.

As "Zensur" is the German word for censorship the Name "Zensursula" was 
created. So Cecilia was renamed to "Censilia" :
