Of Open Source software, sure - that's what all of your above arguments 
are about. If the software is OS, then it can be made sure, by the 
community in a very pirate-like way, that it does not contain malicious 
code or invade privacy. However, in this case - as in all others - the 
"four freedoms" are the means, not the end as you try to imply.
