EL Partido Pirata de Chile oficialmente apoya al Partido Pirata Sueco en
brindar enlace a "The Pirate Bay"(TPB) (y no hosting o hacerse cargo,
como ¿equivocadamente? han escrito algunos medios ¿informativos?).

Compartir o intercambiar archivos sin lucrar no es delito, ademas los
que  descargan archivos no pagan a los que suben los archivos; TPB  a
travez de enlaces facilita el intercambio, los archivos no estan en los
servidores de TPB y tampoco a su vez quienes intercambian estan lucrando.

Por lo que en ningun momento se esta violando la propiedad intelectual o
cualquier otra falacia.
¿Donde esta el delito? ¿en  compartir cultura, información, opiniones?

in providing link to "The Pirate Bay (TPB) (not hosting, or take over
as ¿"wrong"? Some media have written, ¿"informative "?).

Share and exchange files without profit is no crime, plus those who
download files that do not pay up the files, TPB provides links through
the exchange, the files are not on TPB's servers, nor who in turn are
exchanged profiting.

So in any moment is violating the intellectual property or any other
fallacy.
Where is the crime? "Sharing culture, information, opinions?
