Just for statistics and completion:


In GERMANY civil disobedience may be legal, according to church
asylum, which shows the principle of legality.


For the rising disobedience of stately orders, according to
nuclear transports or vast infrastructural projects, civil
disobedience maybe prosecuted as disobedience of order, but 
not as crime or illegality.

BUT, according to the last issue, chancelor Merkel declared
in her speech, this morning, that she can definitely not
accept the people or the citizens, being the ultimate
power in state.

rem1: German law differentiates between an attack, disobedience
(see above), a strike and a demonstration, which (last) Ddos-
....aehm......>approaches< could be considered as well.
Try to get out of the state-department, while 100 000 folks
are standing in the front. (You don´t even get anything published)

rem2: But as you see by Mrs Merkels hysterical uprage, politics is
nervous about waking up citizens. German politicians have never
been confronted with responsible, demanding and courageous citizens.
