[pp.int.general] PPI: conference and criticism - 2

Reffering to my previous email, it has been brought to my attention that an
email announcing the call for confference offers was sent and it contained
the link to a wiki page with details.
Since it was a communication error from our part (didn't received that
email) please accept my apologies for bringing the matter into discussion.
