The São Paulo International Film Festival have an online film
festival, is a great idea especially if we think in large countries
like Brazil and Argentina and have their cultural activity focused on
a few cities (São Paulo, Rio or Buenos Aires-Rosario-Cordoba):

"This year, beyond the regular exhibitions in the theaters, 68 films
of the selection of the 34th Mostra will also have free screenings on
the internet. This is a great chance for Mostra’s fans all over
Brazil, including those who don’t live in São Paulo, to be part of the
event. The exhibition of the movies was previously authorized by the
producers – and all the foreign language films have subtitles."

In Argentina we have the "Buenos Aires International Independent Film
Festival (BAFICI) "

But we haven´t any online exhibition.... :-(
