The situation is doubly treacherous. Because the censorship is trivial
to circumvent, not many people really care about it. In the meantime,
censorship is being established as an accepted legal practice.

The next step, once it is accepted in legal circles, is of course to
crack down with effective means rather than stupid DNS falsifications.
At that point, any protests will have a much harder time gaining steam
since nobody protested earlier.
