There is a small PPDK that you can join. Since Denmark has draconian 
laws to prevent new parties in the parliament election, my advice would 
be to run on this question in local election - could the city council 
fund a uncensored DNS? Yes, they can! Censorship is evil!

If local elections also are blocked, or just to much competition, run in 
student council elections.
