[pp.int.general] STOP

The work here is to educate the users and provide them with simple enough tools and tutorials.
Changing into an open dns should be a no-brainer.
Create blog entries with the title "how to watch youtube" or "youtube blocked" and provide a simple tutorial into circumvention.
