[pp.int.general] Argentina-Project to reform the copyright law submitted by librarians

    The House of Representatives has a bill to amend part of the copyright
    law,  the Library Association of Argentina presents the bill, in:

Most of the people in this list can't read Spanish at all.  Some of us
can read Spanish but not as well as you -- reading a bill is hard.  I
would have trouble understanding what it implies.

If this law is important for us, how about giving a summary in 10
lines in English?
