[pp.int.general] Pirates key issues for local elections

Ahoy!

The Spanish Pirates are ready to try luck for the second time in local
elections, this time municipal and Autonomic (think Länder) elections
[1]. We will present candidates in a few big cities.

We'd like to profit from other pirates' experience in local elections
by asking which are, in your judgement, the key issues more likely to
raise the interest of voters and which is the profile of the pirate
voter in other countries.

As we finish our electoral process, we'll be happy to share our own
acquired knowledge.
