Pirate Party Argentina copied the Clip to their own YT Account without 
giving tribute as it would be necessary according to creative commons 
licence http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/

I asked Pirate Party Argentina to add Pirate-Streaming and to add the 
licence type to the copied clip. Sharing is caring. But tribute should
