It depends, since the price of the ship-charter included accomodation, so no hotel costs would be needed, and it would include two nights on board - considering this, the only expensive part is left, is to get there to Nizhniy Novgorod

agree on that. And they have been asked to provide more detail - you can see it in the last board meeting minutes, but it seems, that it was just this one email. I've would love to go to tunisia, but with that little detail it would be to risky to organize such a big conference as PPI GA tend to be now.

In Offenbach (two weeks ago, during the GA of PP-DE) we had someone from PP-BR there, who was involved in preparing the offer for conducting the PP-BR and he told us (there were 3 board members of the PPI as well at that meeting), that they don't gonna make it this time, but all positive to be able to offer it next time.
