[pp.int.general] Translations of Lola's Speech

Hi Pirates,

As you might have noticed, Lola Voronina has held a pretty amazing 
speech on the gerneral assembly of the german pirate party. I want to 
make speeches of this kind more popular and asked people to translate 
the subtitles for this clip.
