I'm Vince. Sorry for the intrusion.. Maybe I'm only lurking in this 
list, until now.

We[1] share the problem of lack of free solutions for these needings. We 
used a lot of streaming with theora e icecast that works good. For many 
to many videoconference there is no free solution. We used to organize 
different session from local meetings. So we had a timetable to give 
opportunity to people in local events all over Brasil and outside to 
speak. I think could be a mean that it's interesing, to join people at 
least locally. It depends also how you are organized like group. If you 
act with people you maybe have local communities interested in 
participating to this GA.

I share also this feeling.. the end doesn't justify the means.. :)
