english translation
A debate regarding a "manifesto" about the "digitalization" of the Italian
territory (including fiber) signed by top managers of big companies, as
usual it ends in companies vs. government and public vs. private (or,
actually, in who's getting the biggest "cut").
The funny thing is that one of those guys who signed this "manifesto" is
from Telecom Italia, which is one of the HUGE european ISPs that lately
commissioned a study about pay2browse contracts (streaming services mainly
like netflix or YT), gb caps and pay-per-GB.
