Ahoy pirates,

 To celebrate and watch the broadcast of the PPI general assembly, promote 
the pirate culture and have fun the PPAR is organizing the first PirateFest in 
Buenos Aires-Argentina.

  We will have talks, workshops, share copyleft content, install GNU/Linux, 
watch some movies and maybe even broadcast it online.

 If
 you are interested in learning more about the festival, are having 
something
similar in your country during the assembly or have any 
suggestions, please let
