[pp.int.general] Open letter to Anonymous (please distribute)

I'm not understanding what's going on here. Is this a letter telling
Anonymous to cool it? Or a letter giving support to them. In either
event, I'm hoping that this is not billed as representative of all the
Pirate Parties worldwide, and is instead left to the constituent
parties themselves.
