In Swedish context also #pirat is used, for more general purpose pirate
talk. For their youth org Ung Pirat the tag is #ungpirat. In Finland, we
don't use the full party name as a tag because it's long, so #piraatit (=
pirates; compared to greens, dems, ...) is common. Also #piraatti (=pirate)
is used but there's still some dispute which is better one. Or if both
could/should/would be used.

Btw, when it comes to using the names of the local pirate organisations as
hashtags, the beginning of the name is very useful. For example in Swedish
context, if you search for #pirat then people also find piratpartiet. In
Finnish context, if you search for #piraatti, people also find all mentions
of Piraattipuolue and Piraattinuoret (youth org) because they share the same
beginning.
