[pp.int.general] Taringa owners sued for allowing copyrighted works linking

Hi there, in case you don't know it, taringa.net is a popular Argentinian
forum were people share links. Now it's owners are being sued for allowing
links to copyrighted material to be posted without their owner's
permission.

We don't have much info yet, but it seems the judges understood that
taringa, as a link library, is a "necessary participant" on copyright
infringement of 29 works, and they got embargoed by $AR200.000
(~$US50.000) preventively, even when the demandants failed to present an
estimation of losses.
