I only know some about the Barcelona protests so can only speak for them.
Best way of staying up to date is follow their blog at
http://acampadabcn.wordpress.com (use google translate)
Some clarifications about #acampadabcn to media:
1. Acampadabcn proclaims itself as a spontaneous, non-partisan,
> asindicalista, peaceful and open.
>
> 2. Acampadabcn is not organized by any particular platform, so you can
> stop saying that the camp is organized for Real Democracy Now. This does
> not mean that the platform is not in the camp and / or has inspired, like
> the experiences of thousands of private individuals and other social
> movements earlier.
>
> 3. We understand your need to find speakers and classify the
> unclassifiable, but again: the only spokesman for the camp is the daily
> plenary assembly, and the only official statements are his records, which
> you can see in the bloghttp://acampadabcn.wordpress.com /<http://acampadabcn.wordpress.com/>
>
> 4. When I interviewed anyone who is for the plaza, as a spokesman rotuléis

> that this is a paradigm shift for many things ... are you ready to report

http://pirata.cat/bloc/ is active at protests and will update about
progress. They also have an election on Sunday that will be interesting to
follow.
I will also update a bit about the protests on my blog http://collentine.com
I've been camping at plaza catalunya, barcelona for two days at the
protests. In Milan now and plan to attend the protest here tomorrow as well.
Will update about this on my blog Sunday.
#nonosvamos !
