i am somewhat confused:
- Who are you adressing?
- Which countries ?
- What kind of "material" is it you want?

The last time i read the anouncement of this book, i understood, that it
is not a book that wants a broad pirate input, like mine (from germany).
Did i misunderstand this or has this changed?
