[pp.int.general] Pirate Parties mentioned in the Wikileaks Cables

Hi there.. I took couple of hours of time to check how much the
Pirate movement was covered in the US cables. I found little to
superficial things that may have appeared in regular news. The
cutest thing is a cable entitled

	"Aargh! Swedish Pirates Set Sail For Brussels"

which shows the pain some govmt officials must have been suffering
