[pp.int.general] Pirate Net Irc

I'd very much like to see them joint again, but from our side (Finland) we
waited for the Swedes to get their network together but nothing seemed to
happen. :/

Our irc admin is PPFI chairman Pasi Palmulehto and server address is
irc.piraattipuolue.fi
