[pp.int.general] Project manegment

In the PPI and in the Swiss pirate party we're using Redmine.
With certain plugins (DSMF, wiki) it can be quite productive.
In the Swiss pirate party we even went so far as to replace the
original wiki (Mediawiki) by the Redmine wiki in order to make a
clearer distinction between internal and external communication/tools
(the only exception beeing the message board which is open to the
public and is sometimes used for internal issues as well).
A disadvantage for some might be that Redmine needs a Ruby environment
which is often not offered by simple webhosts, but but usually only by
virtual (shared) or dedicated servers.
