Assuming that the claims presented in this story are true, I find it
hilarious on so many levels:

I think I lost it at the reasoning of the judge in the verdict mentioned.

That said, I have no knowledge of actual events beyond what is described
in the article and what I was told when paneling in Trento recently,
meeting with PPIT at the time (who expressed concern over this issue): I
would not have nearly enough information to pick sides in any conflict,
nor do I aspire to do so. Just as a disclaimer before I say that _IF_
the article is accurate, it is damn hysterically funny :)
