Hi, Joe Karaganis send to me an e-mail to said that the Spanish version of
the report Media Piracy in Emergin Economies is online (free):

In the report he compare the prices of "generic" dvds and softwares in 
USA versus India, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia and South Africa

Concluding that in our countries ("emerging", before we were third world)
a "generic" have a price equal to the product "original" in the USA.
