Hi, its not copyright, in Argentina when register a political party you
have to put  symbols, emblems and logo,

(in spanish:

So, isn´t like Intelectual property.

For example in Argentina is prohibited put Argentina in the name of the
party.

So, we will the Pirate Party (and not the Argentinian Pirate Party).But
only in Argentina , out we will the Argentinian Pirate Party :-)
