[pp.int.general] I must apologize

As the representative of the Florida Pirate Party to the PPI, and therefore
the sole United States member of the PPI, I apologize for the recent round
of childish bickering that has been going on between the two New York
Pirates today in the PPI mailing list. I hope their actions do not turn the
Pirates of PPI and elsewhere off to the possible inclusion of other state
parties in the United States (and later, the USPP itself when it gets off
the ground) to the list of PPI members.

I apologize to the board, the mailing list, the delegates, and everyone
else. I am very sorry that our first full day as a PPI member had to begin
with an apology due to the actions of these Pirates.
