Hi There, 

personally i think, that this prices are ridiculous, 
even with 200 pieces (300 sqm) the price is way
too high. 

I do not have a quote at hand right now, but you 
should definitely get alternative quotes. I am not
sure if producing in china is really an option, if
you have the elections right around the corner. 

go to http://www.wlw.com and search for "flags"
you can also search in german section for "Flaggen"
you wil see a ton of wholesale and producers. 
take half a day and request a quote from everyone
of them. 

P.S: I would think, that it would be a good idea to 
include the name of the party besides of just the
signet, since it is not yet that widely recognized
by itself, and cannot be explained by itself on 
photos in magazines, etc...
