ok... The last GA happened almost 8 months ago. That's... not exactly
timely action, to process the statute amendments that were presented to
the board and membership in accordance with the statutes.

Also, what happened with the collective step-down of the CoA judges that
went on 3 months ago (and which has only been partially carried out)

I have got the feeling that there has been a big disconnect between what
has been happening, and what has either been required to be done, or
promised to be done.

I for one, see a MAJOR problem with that, since it's supposed to be an
organisation that has transparency as its watchword, and strives to
avoid being bogged down in bureaucracy; yet had become nothing BUT a
bureaucratic charlie-foxtrot.
