[pp.int.general] Copyrights systems

The list at the WP's list (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries'_copyright_length) only
mentions, so it seems, countries with active copyright laws, but there must
surely be some countries with no copyright lenght left somewhere.
