[pp.int.general] General news: PPDE more than 20k members

Hello Pirates
Just wanted to let you know that as of this morning PPDE has more than 20
000 members. More information in German can be found in the Wiki:

We have the election of the state/province parliament in the Bundesland of
Schleswig-Holstein (North of Hamburg) coming up and aim at 8%, polls see us
at 6 at the moment. After the success we have had in Berlin this would be a
tremendous success, considering SH is quite a rural place. Many
commentators have seen the success we had in Berlin as due to the specific
circumstances of Berlin being a city full of young, somewhat innovative
people, so success in Schleswig-Holstein would be a big sign of the further
appeal we have to ordinary voters outside of big cities.

I think it's a good idea to discuss what is going on in the different
pirate parties from time to time. If you think this should not be part of
the PPI list, maybe we can move it to the pirates without borders list,
even though I fear not as many people read that one.
