[pp.int.general] Introduction

Hi, 

I'm Andy Halsall, ajehals on irc and everywhere else, I'm the current PPUK 
Campaigns officer (although the whole PPUK NEC is up for reelection at the 
moment, so that might change soon...).

I'm hoping to find some avenues for inter-party cooperation on a operational 
level and have very little idea as to what the PPI has been up to and gets up 
to on a day to day basis.
