[pp.int.general] ACTA [was: SOPA, PIPA Postponed Indefinitely]

A major Dutch newspaper is going to feature ACTA on the 23rd. Likely
causing some good media attention. If you've got any press contacts, this
might be the time to give them some information about ACTA, if it isn't too
late yet.
