I'm gettin the feeling that one of the next important points political
pirates must put through is the distinction between filesharing and
    counterfeits.

Lumping together filesharing and counterfeiting
is lumping together copyright law and trademark law.
The issues are different, and the laws are different,
so lumping them together is a recipe for bad policy.

The term "intellectual property" asserts that these laws
(and many others too) are so similar that they should
be lumped together _by default_.
