Yes, you are right. Probably some of these users (I don't know how many)
used MU as cloud storage because they used too for other means (you know).

But this is obvious for us, the so-called digital generation. There are
still lots of people who are not savvy in Internet issues, so they use what
they know. Some know MU, others Rapidshare, Dropbox, etc. Indeed, MU must
be the most known one when sites like Series Yonkis were left almost empty
when MU was taken down.

MU users where absolutely wrong using this service professionally, of
course, but they have still rights. Being dumb doesn't exempt you to comply
with laws and it doesn't take you away your rights.
